We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's absence management and time tracking functionality.

About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to work on the design and development of business processes related to leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system testing and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Work closely with data and integration teams to provide functional inputs, validate test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
