This is a career opportunity for an individual to manage and lead our regional operations in Career Services. The selected candidate will be based out of New Delhi, with frequent travel required for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the North region of India.">
  • Campus Management: Collaborate with the campus placement team to manage the placement process for all programs, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.">
  • Relation Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiters in the North region, fostering a network of partners who can contribute to the growth of our organization.">
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets set for the region, driving business development and growth.">
  • Other Institutional Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Business Development: Identify opportunities for corporate sponsorship of events on campus, expanding our reach and impact.">
  3. Event Support: Provide local support for institutional events, ensuring their success and effectiveness.">
  4. Admission Support: Offer assistance to admission teams for various programs at our Delhi location.">
  5. Marketing Activities: Support institution-wide marketing activities for full-time programs, enhancing our reputation and visibility.">
  6. Institutional Representation: Represent our institution at Delhi Chapter Alumni Events, fostering connections and building relationships with alumni and industry professionals.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or relevant roles.">
  • Proven track record of customer acquiring and relationship management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high professionalism and competence in dealing with individuals.">
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to changing situations, and make informed decisions.">
