Job Description

Hiring: National Security Operations Manager & Regional Operations Manager for our client company,a leading pan India Security service providing company.

Location: Pan India

Industry: Security & Facility Management

Are you a leader in security operations, ready to oversee high-impact assignments across the country

The client company is expanding its team and seeking experienced professionals to take charge of our national and regional security operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Proven experience in managing unarmed & armed security guards, PSOs, bouncers, VIP security.

Skilled in patrolling operations and perimeter security management.

Strong ability to lead large teams and coordinate multi-location deployments.

Excellent crisis management and incident reporting skills.

Defense / armed forces background preferred others with relevant private security industry experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and monitor security personnel for optimal performance.

Plan and execute security operations for corporate, industrial, event, and VIP assignments.

Implement and oversee patrolling schedules and perimeter safety measures.

Liaise with clients, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards of safety.

Manage regional or national teams depending on the role.
