
Pre-Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling bid responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Crafting Bid Responses: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate and Track Bid Activities: Coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.
- Ensure Timely Submission: Ensure timely submission of high-quality bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
- Client Interactions: Participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.
- Supplier Registration: Manage supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.
- Proposal Management: Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Documentation Capabilities: Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
