Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our IT Infrastructure service delivery operations across India.

This includes overseeing service towers such as NOC, SOC, Data Center, Cloud Operations, and End User Computing. The role ensures client satisfaction, operational efficiency, SLA compliance, and continuous performance improvement at PAN India level.

  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations.
  • Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization.
  • Recommending methods of improvement and overseeing the execution of implemented improvements.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to management on performance of service delivery.
  • Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring.
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective communications.
  • Enabling high-level performance benchmarks for access to IT Infrastructures.

Serve as primary advocate for key customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout implementation and support lifecycle.

Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, timely issue resolution, and continuous value delivery.

Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, enhancing customer retention and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
