Analytics Leadership Role

About this role:

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building and scaling a data-driven culture.

You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to align analytics with business needs.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced leader with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
