Job Title

Human Resources Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Human Resources policies and systems framework as directed by the superior.
  • Manage team member relations and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain current payroll processing procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure office lock up and information security.
  • Perform payroll processing and month end closing of payroll.
  • Manage and prepare the issuing of payroll.
  • Set up, maintain and manage the hotel attendance system.
  • Provide efficient and timely support to the department attendance officer.
  • Handle check in / out for Level 1 Level 7 team members.
  • Assist with team member pension and benefit issues.
  • Manage and supervise the filing of payroll reports.
  • Maintain relationships with government agencies.
  • Assist with work permits, visas, etc. for foreign team members.
  • Update the manning headcount and comply with the monthly manning report.
  • Process personnel action forms coming in / out of the HR office.
  • Responsible for the HR system management and maintenance.
  • Adhere to hotel security and emergency policies and procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and hotel attendance system.
