
Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of Human Resources Supervisor involves implementing HR policies and systems framework as directed by superiors, maintaining good team relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ranking and filing talent acquisitions to meet business needs
- Liaising with recruitment agencies, job marketing platforms and educational institutions to source qualified candidates
- Managing online recruitment through the company website to increase visibility
- Participating in cooperation with schools, colleges and universities to attract top talent
- Ensuring timely placement of internal and external advertisements to reach a wider audience
- Adhering to pre-employment, ongoing and post-employment checklists to maintain compliance
- Assisting in sourcing for qualified candidates or providing relevant information via recommendations internally or externally
- Assisting to expand efficient talent acquisition resources internally or externally to meet business objectives
- Promptly preparing and arranging interviews, selection and recruitment processes in compliance with related regulations and requirements
- Maintaining effective internal communication with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Providing necessary information and explanations to team members promptly and accurately as required
- Implementing hotel policies and procedures regarding team member salary and benefits to ensure fairness and equity
- Developing and maintaining current payroll processing procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times and strict practice of office lock up and information security to protect sensitive data
- Performing payroll processing and month end closing of payroll to meet financial deadlines
- Managing and preparing the issuing of payroll to ensure timely payment
- Setting up, maintaining and managing the hotel attendance system to ensure accurate attendance and payroll processing
- Providing efficient and timely support to the department attendance officer to ensure seamless operations
- Handling the check in / out for Level 1 Level 7 team members to ensure compliance with company policies
- Assisting the Compensation Benefits Manager to handle team member pension and benefit issues to ensure fair treatment
- Managing and supervising the filing of payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining relationships with the Social Security Bureau and Housing Provident Fund Centre to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assisting Human Resources Manager to handle work permits, visas etc. for foreign team members to ensure smooth onboarding
- Updating the manning headcount and complying with the monthly manning report to ensure accurate workforce planning
- Processing all personnel action forms coming in / out of the HR office, assisting with admin procedures for employee confirmation, promotion/demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for the HR system management and maintenance to ensure validity and accuracy
- Adhering to the hotel's security and emergency policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's team member rules and regulations to ensure a positive workplace culture
- Assisting to organize team member activities and communication meetings to foster a sense of community
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
