As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function at Wow Momo Foods Pvt Ltd. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, complete employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll handling, regular store visits for HR compliance, grievance handling and resolution, and implementation of escalation matrix and employee engagement initiatives.
