Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to drive and manage the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior architects, and ensure design intent and statutory compliance are achieved at every stage.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages, and proficiency in Revit and other design software.

You will be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration, including leading the design team, client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes, and maintaining the project design programme.

A strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance is essential. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) are also required, along with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as our architectural lead on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  2. Be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration
  3. Lead the design team and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes
  4. Undertake the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the project design programme
  5. Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates
  6. Be responsible for creating, updating, and managing all project-related financials and resourcing data in the company's internal project management software, for as long as the project is active
  7. Maintain the Project Quality Control System
  8. Monitor the financial performance and report back to account manager or responsible associate, raising any issues that may affect the agreed fee
  9. Lead the contract administration process and ensure our client meets its responsibilities
  10. Lead, motivate, support, and manage a team, demonstrating ability to get the best out of your team
  11. Mentor, encourage, and contribute to individual career development
  12. Inspire and promote our values within the team
  13. Ensure teams are aligned with company policies, procedures, and that the company standards are being consistently met
  14. Review, approve, and manage holiday requests, expenses, time off in lieu (TOIL)
  15. Communicate important information from the leadership team and implement any procedural changes
  16. Participate in recruitment and employee inductions for junior staff
  17. Undertake employee reviews and support with training, development, and growth of individuals
  18. Manage safety and well-being of the team
