Project Execution Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project execution specialist to lead and complete projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MEP and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and oversee project documentation, including drawings, SOPs, and bill of quantities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to line managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project execution, with expertise in planning, coordination, and management.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and other relevant software.
