Program Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. They will work closely with various teams, including engineering, product, and internal business teams, to ensure a clear understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and targeted outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your program management skills and experience in software engineering or a related technical field. You will have the chance to develop and manage program strategies, lead planning and prioritization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, able to navigate complex project landscapes and make informed decisions when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required. Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent are also beneficial. If you have experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, that would be a plus.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
