Hoichoi is the digital arm of SVF Entertainment, a leading East Indian media company with 8 National Awards. Our capabilities include film and TV production, cinemas, distribution, digital cinema, music, and new media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries, and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Contribute to creating compelling pitches for content partnerships, both long-form and short-form, for existing and new clients.
  • Prepare reports and present them during client meetings to clearly communicate ideas and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify revenue growth opportunities and support the team in developing innovative solutions.
  • Update and manage client information to accurately track key metrics and account performance.

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • Prior experience in the Bengali entertainment industry is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

This role will be based in Kolkata.
