Software Development Facilitator

Your primary responsibilities as a Software Development Facilitator involve serving as the main facilitator for Scrum events and ensuring that teams adhere to agile practices and principles.

  • Serve as the primary facilitator for Scrum events, guaranteeing teams adhere to agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead technical discussions with engineering teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with project requirements.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Strong technical skills in PC management (Group policy, Active Directory, MS Intune), troubleshooting, and problem-solving, knowledgeable in technologies like MDT, SCCM.
  • A strong background in Agile methodologies and frameworks is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
