Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration between product owners and engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog and align it with business goals.
  • Lead technical discussions to ensure solutions are aligned with project requirements, leveraging strong technical skills in PC management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Manage project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies, as well as conducting regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software engineering practices.
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
