About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and acquire new General Insurance clients across various industries
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and improve customer retention
  • Lead the Sales team in initial contact with potential clients and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, including features, pricing, and profitability impact
  • Maintain excellent relationships with corporate clients and leverage these relationships to drive closures
  • Liaise with insurers and TPAs to offer superior services and quotes to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High customer empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
