Business Development Manager for Insurance Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and acquire new General Insurance clients across various industries
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and improve customer retention
- Lead the Sales team in initial contact with potential clients and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, including features, pricing, and profitability impact
- Maintain excellent relationships with corporate clients and leverage these relationships to drive closures
- Liaise with insurers and TPAs to offer superior services and quotes to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High customer empathy and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
