**Job Overview**
Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate deals and ensure timely issuance of policies
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of responsiveness to customer requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
