**Drive Revenue Growth with Our Top Sales Executive Team**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Max Level and drive revenue growth for our portfolio of content and event IPs.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in selling IP, a deep understanding of the media and marketing landscape, and established relationships with key decision-makers at major advertising agencies and within target brand categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our content and event IP.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, including advertising agencies, brand managers, and CMOs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major advertising agencies and within target brand categories.
  • Understand client needs and develop customized IP solutions that meet their marketing objectives.
  • Present proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of IP activations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media, entertainment, or IP licensing industry.
  • Demonstrable and extensive network of contacts at major advertising agencies.
  • Established relationships with brand managers and CMOs at FMCG, FinTech, Gaming, automobile and other brands targeting the 18-35 age demographic.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of content and event IP development and licensing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
