Senior Sales and Marketing Professional

The Business Development Manager is a critical role in our organization, responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, client development, and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners, track, analyze, and report on business development activities and progress towards goals, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and provide accurate sales forecasts and business development projections to senior management.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, and strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
