Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Professional to focus on B2B sales in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the architecture, interior design, and builder community, with proven expertise in driving project-based sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Elmoft's products to architects, interior designers, and builders.


•Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.


•Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the B2B market.


• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and builders to secure projects.


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.


• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the brand's reach.


• Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:


• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing within the furniture or related industry.


• Industry Knowledge: Strong network and base of architects, interior designers, and builders in the NCR region.


• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.


• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.


• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation: Fixed salary with additional performance-based incentives on sales.
