Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Startup Movers Private Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their specific needs.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Tracking and analysing sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports to management on progress towards targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication (English language) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
