Job Title: Sales Operations Intern

Key Role:

This is a key role in our organization, requiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to ensure a smooth post-booking experience for customers.

You will be the primary point of contact (POC) for customers, guiding them through their journey with timely updates, support, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
  • Share and update travel itineraries and assist with any changes or clarifications.
  • Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
  • Serve as the single POC for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to improve future experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Empathetic, customer-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Availability to work full-time for 3 months.
