
Administrative Invoice Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Invoicing Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and experience in preparing and issuing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites and submit by electronic data interchange.
- Understand key areas of invoicing specific to customers and check each field on the invoices before submission.
- Ensure supporting documents are attached to invoices and update invoice submission status in Navision.
- Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files.
- Work closely with payroll & invoicing teams and send out statements of accounts to customers.
- Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets and handle invoice rejections and credit/rebills.
