**Program Director Role Overview**

Drive strategic enterprise-wide initiatives, leading key business planning and change management efforts. This role requires a visionary thinker who can identify organizational challenges and provide impactful insights.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives, monitor operational metrics, and manage reporting of strategy performance.
  • Support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, work on go-to-market strategies, and lead CXO-owned initiatives.
  • Lead strategic initiative project management offices, deliver strategic initiatives, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop business cases, strategic options, industry insights, financial models, ROI analysis, facilitate competition benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis.
  • Manage all strategic communication, track important industry updates, review changes/developments, and anchor business planning and operational reviews.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Exercise judgment in building relationships and collaborate across functions to achieve deliverables.
  • Work under limited supervision, high pressure, and produce timely deliverables.
  • Work well with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
  • Good understanding of data management, collection, modeling, interpretation, and financial statements.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background to inform business decisions.
