Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Planning Strategist to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of cutting-edge planning solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to leverage their expertise in Oracle EPM and EPBCS to drive business growth and excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic planning initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

As a key member of the planning team, they will be responsible for developing and implementing driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.

They will also partner with finance leadership to ensure that planning solutions are aligned with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of EPBCS applications, defining and implementing driver-based models, and providing architectural oversight for EPBCS data flows and integrations.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end lifecycle delivery, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.

They will also have strong experience in designing calculation rules, data forms, business rules, and Smart View templates.

Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Oracle Certifications in Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS).
  • Exposure to narrative reporting, predictive planning, and rolling forecasts.
