Job Overview:

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector, distribution and publishing industry, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—from schools and institutions to government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating educational products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excel in communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey the value of our products to clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Engage in professional email communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Regularly update management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
  • Strong network across India is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the education industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
  • Willingness to explore new opportunities and expand clientele.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Minimum 3+ years of remote work experience.
  • Immediate joiner status.
  • Open to travel as required.
