We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a ServiceNow Developer position.

  • This is a full-time position with 4-5 hours of overlap in PST (9:30pm-2:30am IST).

About the Position:

  • You will be working on technical tasks, including creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.

Technical Expertise:

  1. A strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro is required.
  2. Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies is necessary.
  3. Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Experience in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

Upgrades & Maintenance:

  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience for developers and 7+ years for ServiceNow Lead and Admin.

Tools and Platform:

  • ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with 4-5 hours of overlap in PST (9:30pm-2:30am IST).

Availability:

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Team Size:

  • We have 5 open positions: 1 ServiceNow Lead, 1 ServiceNow Admin, and 3 ServiceNow developers.
