Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and open-minded individual to fill the role of Pre-Primary School Leader at our institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child learning, academic changes, and approaches to learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Leadership: Supervise and lead the instructional programs of the Pre-Primary school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes to encourage the use of varied instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning and child growth and development.
  • Parent Engagement: Conduct PTMs and one-to-one meetings with parents to foster community connection and student focus.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication processes that address the academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
  • Professional Development: Organize relevant workshops and events to support further learning and promote creativity and collaboration among the student community.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Masters degree in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences).
  • Teaching Certification: Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B.Ed/M.Ed).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Critical Skills: Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Experience:

  • Curriculum Expertise: Experience working with the CBSE board's policies and procedures.
  • Teaching Methodology: Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review and planning, and student assessment.
