Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional front desk support and represent our organization with professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, provide information, and direct queries to relevant departments.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and inform staff about guest arrivals.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, assist with scheduling meetings, data entry, and document filing.
- Coordination & Liaison: Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth operations and support company events when required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree in any field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front office representative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
