About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support.

As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. You will also maintain candidate databases, draft and post job descriptions on portals, and provide EA support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with job portals is preferred but not required. We offer practical exposure to recruitment consulting and HR operations, direct experience in client interaction, and mentorship with a clear path to a full-time role within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
  • Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Update and manage social media handles.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
  • Interest in social media and digital content.
  • Resides in or near the specified location.
