Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Manager to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout their stay
  2. Ensure clients are properly greeted upon arrival
  3. Maintain daily bookings and prepare assigned rooms prior to check-in
  4. Coordinate luggage collection and storage
  5. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
  6. Promptly address guests' requests, such as in-room dining
  7. Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  8. Ensure special guests receive personalized services
  9. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
  10. Inform clients of hotel services, including breakfast and dining options
  11. Promote hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered
  12. Manage the guest relations team to ensure compliance with standards and operating procedures
  13. Appraise team performance and produce regular reports
  14. Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
  15. Analyze customer feedback and suggest ways to improve ratings
  16. Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop, and sight-see
  17. Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or a related field
