Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Relations Specialist.

About This Position

This role requires an individual who can handle client interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and address service-related concerns.
  • Support account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on Transway Group services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
