Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the designated zone.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
- Sales Team Management: Manage and grow sales in the designated zone, including managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (PPIC, SCM, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Trends and Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
