
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prioritizing leads within the sales pipeline, and devising strategies for revenue generation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to quickly understand a new topic or area/industry, and possess outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Experience with Salesforce CRM is essential, while knowledge of using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) is also a plus.

Responsibilities- Identify companies, leads, and other details to support business development team.
- Prioritize leads within the sales pipeline.
- Devise strategies for revenue generation.
- Understand existing marketing content and tailor it for diverse industries and sectors.
- Research and capture trends in the market that impact the services offered.
- Work with tax SMEs in the US to identify niche sectors and research target companies.
- Graduates with 2-4 years of experience (pre-sales/sales experience a plus).
- Highly passionate and driven individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and do everything (including hunting leads, evaluating leads, coming up with strategies).
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a must.
