Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

This is a full-time role that involves leading the recruitment cycle, developing human resources policies, maintaining employee records, driving employee engagement, and overseeing day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and labor laws. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Act as point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement of stationery, and other office items.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and office purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in human resources and office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
