Senior Analytics Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analytics Strategist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead end-to-end AI/ML engagements and drive business growth through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic advisor on data science and AI initiatives.
  • Lead client engagements from proposal to delivery, ensuring consistent value delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales, prepare proposals, and craft data-driven value propositions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by introducing new analytics solutions and capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models including but not limited to Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, and deep learning techniques as needed.
  • Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights.
  • Oversee a team of data scientists and analysts in end-to-end model development, validation, and implementation.
  • Work hands-on with tools and libraries such as Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Guide junior team members and contribute to the recruitment, training, and mentorship of data scientists.
  • Drive innovation in analytics by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies (e.g., Generative AI, MLOps, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a client-facing/consulting leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and common supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact AI/ML solutions to business problems in areas such as customer analytics, risk modeling, operations optimization, etc.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives, understand business objectives, and drive analytics strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
