About Customer Planning Manager Role

This role is responsible for delivering customer marketing & activation plans that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities include building strong partnerships with key airport retail and operational stakeholders, leading customer engagement through immersions, trade shows, and activations, collaborating with agencies to deliver launches and global customer activity, overseeing and optimising promoter/brand ambassador performance, auditing retail outlets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and customer agreements, identifying opportunities for additional promotions and visibility within outlets, managing and monitoring budgets effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, ideally in travel retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering world-class consumer experiences.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent project management skills.
