Customer Planning & Activation Manager

We are seeking a professional to lead our customer planning and activation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful customer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Annual Customer Marketing Plans
  2. Build Partnerships with Key Stakeholders
  3. Lead Customer Engagements through Immersions, Trade Shows, and Activations
  4. Collaborate with Agencies to Deliver Launches and Global Customer Activity
  5. Oversee Promoter/Brand Ambassador Performance
  6. Audit Retail Outlets for Compliance
  7. Identify Opportunities for Additional Promotions and Visibility
About You:
  • You must have proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, ideally in travel retail.
  • You should possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about delivering world-class consumer experiences.
  • You are organised, proactive, and results-driven with excellent project management skills.
