We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional personalized luxury shopping experiences through bespoke styling and expert advice on high-end ethnic and contemporary designer wear.
  • To manage the entire client engagement journey, from greeting to post-sales service, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • To achieve and surpass individual sales targets, with a focus on meeting customer demands.
  • To maintain accurate store inventory and ensure timely restocking to meet customer needs.
  • To collaborate closely with store managers and team members to optimize floor operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • To ensure that visual merchandising standards align with our brand's aesthetic guidelines, creating an immersive experience for clients.
  • To establish a loyal clientele base by building repeat and referral business through exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and luxury insights to provide expert consultation and guidance to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fashion Consultant: 2–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting.
  • Senior Fashion Consultant: 4–7 years in luxury fashion retail with a proven track record of high-value sales achievements.
  • Proven ability to drive individual business of ₹10-15 lakhs or more per month.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail etiquette, styling, and client servicing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Well-versed in ethnic and high-end designer fashion, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage inventory and day-to-day floor operations with precision and efficiency.
