Job Title: Senior Store Manager

This role will provide a unique opportunity to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • End-to-end ownership of the store with accountability for all aspects of retail operations.
  • Building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients and driving sales through personalized styling advice and engagement.
  • Strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
