About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our team. As a fashion designer for Younglings, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, fashion-forward designs for westernwear clothing.

Responsibilities
  • Trend forecasting to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
  • Collection development that showcases your creative vision
  • Order execution to meet customer demands
  • Client interaction to build strong relationships and drive sales
  • Exhibition participation to showcase our brand's style and expertise
  • Store onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Costing to manage budgets and maximize profitability
  • Constant communication with pattern masters and tailors to bring designs to life
  • Vendor co-ordination to source materials and suppliers
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Graduate degree in a Fashion Design relevant field from a reputable institution

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
