Process Architect Job Overview

This role involves designing and implementing business processes to meet organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Application Architect to create process blueprints and establish business process standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Application Architect to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements.
  • Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on business process design and implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Desirable skills: Experience in business process design and implementation, experience in quality management reviews, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and possess a strong educational background in business, computer science, or a related field.
