Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Contribute to software development projects and manage individual tasks related to the design, development, and maintenance of Business Central applications.
  • Use AL language for customization and extension development. Functional Knowledge: Understand the business processes in the finance module of Business Central.
  • Use this knowledge to assist in the design and implementation of business solutions tailored to our unique business needs.
  • Develop and implement new functionalities in the Business Central Finance Module, ensuring they align with the business requirements.
  • Integration and Testing: Design and develop integrations with other systems and platforms. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation for developed features and integrations. Liaise with the QA team to facilitate effective testing processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the project team, including analysts, project managers, and other developers. Be comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Regularly communicate with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms. Customer Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot software issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training to end-users and other team members as required, ensuring users can effectively utilize the system's features.
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Microsoft Business Centre applications.
  • Configuring and customizing Microsoft Business Centre applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients and team members on how to use Microsoft Business Centre applications effectively.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft Business Centre solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Business Centre applications.
