Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expert

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to enhance business operations and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and modules.
  • Implement and configure CRM solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation on CRM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM modules such as Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for custom development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,power portal).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
