**Roles and Responsibility**

Job title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience: 4-6 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
