Customer Service Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to fill a challenging role as Customer Service Associates. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls from international clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the relevant departments.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an international BPO voice process or customer service environment for minimum 1 year is highly desirable.
  • Higher education is mandatory.
