Global Water Solutions has a vacancy for **Global IT Support Officer -** Windows, O365 and other cloud-based systems **(**part time or full time) to be based in either of our India offices (Bangalore or Delhi) to help providing daily Windows and O365 Support to GWS team members around the world, as well as other daily IT and equipment support.

This is a very versatile position reports to the IT Manager based in Luxemburg. The position will help to continue ensuring a secure an efficiently working IT environment which will be both growing and improving.

GWS is one of the world’s largest pressure tank and water treatment product manufacturers. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and patient professional with a forte to work accurately and efficiently, having strong business ethics, and good communications skills. **Your Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and resolve IT issues reported by end-users.
- Support and Back Up for Global IT Manager (0365, Windows, IOS, android)
- The position initially can be 60%, 80% part time or full time.
- Assist with IT-related projects as and when needed.
- Support occasionally to administrate ERP/NetSuite from a technical point of view.
- Occasionally monitor NetSuite Integrations, webservices and applets.

**Your Attributes**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, Preferably Windows Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with system monitoring and maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and perseverance
- Ability to work very precisely and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize and organize.
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to commute to the office with reasonable commute time.
- Ideally cloud ERP, NetSuite or Oracle experience (1 year +)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
