About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-potential leads and drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotions tailored to the premium customer base
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, refining strategies to enhance conversion rates
  • Establish processes to ensure regular coaching, feedback, and upskilling of the team to meet revenue goals
