Senior Bespoke Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bespoke Sales Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead a channel to drive premium products exclusively to the UHNW customers across the globe.
- Offer the highest level of customization to customers in line with product offering and ensure customer delight.
- Lead the sales process for bespoke, high-value products, ensuring that each offering is tailored to the specific needs and tastes of UHNW clients.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services to maximize revenue from UHNW clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring transparency and mutual satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve bespoke sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Handle all client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, ensuring privacy and trust.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on bespoke or custom products for UHNW clients.
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes and delivering tailored solutions.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market, design trends, and the bespoke creation process.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients at high-end events and locations.
