Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a high-achieving Data Scientist, you will spearhead our Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in Mumbai/Bangalore.

  • Drive growth and profitability objectives by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking to inform business decisions.

Your exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights will enable you to translate technical information into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring data scientists.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques, including machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering.
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis, encompassing data preparation, exploration, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
